"Don't Give Up."
If you need a moment to remind you of fierce grace and the power of faith, you found it.
In this chat, Kate and Lisa talk about what yoga looks like at 40 vs. 20 and why, as Lisa puts it: “Life is hard. Yoga should nourish you.” Lisa also gifts us with her story of having a stroke at 34, what a power listening to each other can be, and the decisions she made in Faith, after that moment that created her now. This episode is a must listen.

Meditation Moment : Grounding || Our world is asking for us to make great change + it is time. The more we create clarity and compassion our next right steps illuminate with a bit more ease.
Our world is asking for us to make great change + it is time. The more we create a sense of clarity and compassion our next right steps illuminate with a bit more ease.
This meditation is the second of the series and is accessible to anyone: meditator or not; sitting in your car, or sitting next to a tree, laying in bed in confusion, sitting at a table in frustration, take a moment to ground.
When we are grounded, much like a tree, we are rooted and flexible. We more easily move from our own clarity than swirl in confusion.
These meditations are a monthly offering to our community.
